MSBUD is a complex of solutions for the construction of any industrial facility: planning, preparing building materials and equipment, performing work or attracting qualified subcontractors, monitoring and coordinating the work progress.

No matter in which part of Ukraine the construction site is located, we will organize the effective work of the construction site, provide it with the necessary equipment and workers, and take care of the timely delivery of materials.

As a general contractor MSBUD performs the full range of works and guarantees construction of object on a turnkey basis:

optimization of design, technological, quality characteristics and price indicators;
management of all project implementation processes;
coordination of work in accordance with the contract and subcontract;
control of the entire construction process;
object commissioning and execution of permits.

General design

Service for the development of technical documentation, preparation of working design, designer supervision over the progress of work and coordination of design decisions aimed at the qualitative implementation of the construction project.

As a general designer, MSBUD develops the entire package of project documentation and is engaged in all related works:

architectural, technological, structural and engineering solutions – project work covers all stages of design (reference design, design and working design) and detailing;
coordination of the work of subcontracting organizations, quality control over the performance of tasks and construction deadlines;
designer supervision over the implementation of the object in accordance with design decisions.

We offer integrated design – environmental engineering and geotechnical research, architectural design and development of external and internal engineering networks, conciliation work, including preparation for the state expert review of design documentation, as well as we provide technical support for construction.
